Your garment will be printed within 3-5 business days. We may not have your size or colour in stock and may need to order in. We generally receive the stock from our supplier within 48hrs. Once stock arrives then we print.

Turn around time from the moment we receive your order to when it's delivered to you is usually within 5-10 business days depending on your location and again stock availability .  

All of our garments & products are printed once order is placed by you the customer, therefore we cannot process a refund or return on our merchandise simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size as we incur re stocking fees and freight charges on our products. 

However we are happy to exchange or offer a refund if your garment or product is faulty.
